How to get the most accurate result with the Metaroom Scan App? 

For optimal scanning results using the Metaroom Scan App, pay attention to the following guidelines: 

1. Move your device at a moderate speed, like when recording a video. 
2. Scan until a white box is drawn around walls and furniture.  
3. Scan all walls and most floor areas. There is no need to scan areas multiple times if they have already been detected. 
4. Scan ceilings for automated light recognition. 
5. Scan all the corners and the places where the walls connect with the ceiling and floor. 
6. If needed, scan behind free-standing furniture. But there is no need to scan underneath tables or other pieces of furniture.  

Remember that a preview of the 3D model is visible at the bottom of the screen during the scanning process. Verify that all essential room elements are visible in the 3D model before completing the scanning.
