How do I access the Metaroom Workspace?
Here are quick and simple steps to access the Metaroom Workspace:
- Metaroom Workspace is accessible via a desktop browser by this link: https://metaroom.amrax.ai/
- Navigate to the Metaroom Workspace on your desktop browser and log in:
- If you already registered your account while using the Metaroom Scan App, you do not need to create another account:
- Type your email address and password that you used for the Metaroom Scan App, and click “Sign in”.
- If you are a new user of the Metaroom, you need to create a new account by clicking the “Create Free Account” button:
- Fill out the registration form with your basic information and click the “Sign up” button.
- You will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address. Click “Confirm your email” in the received email.
- For faster account creation, you can also sign up using Apple, Google, Facebook, or Microsoft account. Click the relevant button on the registration page.
- If you already registered your account while using the Metaroom Scan App, you do not need to create another account:
- Once you log in to the Metaroom Workspace, you can see the following tabs:
- Worspace:
- Dashboard – view your recent projects and access helpful resources to get started with the Metaroom Workspace.
- Projects – access all spaces scanned with the Metaroom Scan App. From this tab, you can open, export, and share your projects.
- Pricing – view available subscription plans, purchase a new subscription, or upgrade your current plan.
- Help:
- Tutorials – watch video tutorials and learn how to use the Metaroom Workspace more efficiently.
- Help Center – browse instructional articles and step-by-step guides for using Metaroom products.
- Support – report bugs, contact support, or get help with any issues related to Metaroom products.

How do I export a 3D room model from the Metaroom Workspace?
To export a 3D room model from the Metaroom Workspace, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Metaroom Workspace via the following link:
Metaroom Workspace - Open the “Projects” tab.
- Find the scanned space you would like to export and click the “Export” button.
- In the export window, you can:
- Select the desired export format from the drop-down menu;
- Rename the export file;
- Configure additional export settings depending on the selected format, such as:
- Level of detail: Complete Model, Room Geometry and Custom Objects, Room Geometry Only;
- Unit system: Metric or Imperial;
- Language: English or German;
- Layout and dimensioning options.
- Once all settings are configured, click “Export”.
- When the export is ready, return to the “Projects” tab and click on the project name to expand the list of available downloads.
- Click the “Download” button next to the export file.
- After downloading, open the file in your preferred CAD or design software to continue working on your project.
