Metaroom platform is a 3D model management tool for scanned spaces with the Metaroom Scan App. The capability of the Metaroom platform allows spatial planners to collaborate, edit, and export 3D room models in a variety of different formats.
How to access the Metaroom Platform?
Here are quick and simple steps to access the Metaroom platform:
- Metaroom platform is accessible via desktop browser by this link: https://metaroom.amrax.ai/
- Navigate to the Metaroom platform on your desktop browser and log in:
- If you already registered your account while using the Metaroom Scan App, you do not need to create another account:
- Type your email address and password that you used for the Metaroom Scan App, and click “Sign in”.
- If you are a new user of the Metaroom, you need to create a new account by clicking the “Register here” button:
- Fill out the registration form with your basic information and click the “Sign up” button.
- You will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address. Click “Confirm your email” in the received email.
- If you already registered your account while using the Metaroom Scan App, you do not need to create another account:
- Once you log in to the Metaroom platform, you can see the following tabs:
- Projects – you can view and access all the spaces you scanned with the Metaroom Scan App.
- Export – you can see all initiated exports here, and by clicking on the “Download” button, you can download your 3D room models to your device.
- Pricing – via the pricing page, you can purchase a Metaroom subscription or upgrade your current subscription.
- Click on the tab that corresponds to your request.

Metaroom platform has a variety of possibilities to manage scanned rooms in 3D, for instance:
- Navigate and understand scanned spaces in 3D view;
- Easy organize scanned data by renaming rooms and structuring folders;

How do you export a 3D room model from the Metaroom Platform?
To initiate 3D room model export from the Metaroom platform, follow these steps:
- Login to the Metaroom platform via this link: https://metaroom.amrax.ai/
- Go to the “Projects” tab.
- Find the scanned space you want to export, and click the “Export” button.
- You can rename the 3D model on the pop-up field and select the export format from the drop-down menu. Once you choose the needed export format, click “Export”.
- You will be redirected to the Export page, where you can see the status of your exported 3D Model:
- In process – the 3D room model is being prepared to be generated in the requested format but is not ready yet to be downloaded.
- Completed – the 3D room model is ready to be downloaded in the requested format.
- When the export status is “Completed”, click the “Download” button to download your 3D room model in the requested format to your device.
- You are done! You just need to open your downloaded file in your CAD program and continue working on your project.
