How do I change my email or password?

You can update your business email address and password from Account Settings, accessible from both the Metaroom Workspace and the Metaroom Scan App.

How do I open Account Settings?

From the Metaroom Workspace: click your profile name in the top-left corner and select User Profile. This opens the Account Settings page.

From the Metaroom Scan App: tap the Account tab and select Manage Account. This opens the Account Settings page.

How do I change my email address?

Follow these steps:

1. Open Account Settings (see above).
2. In the Account Email section, click Edit.
3. On the next page, enter your new email address and click Submit.
4. Check your new inbox for a confirmation email from Metaroom and click Update Email.
5. A confirmation page will appear once the change is complete.

How do I change my password?

Follow these steps:

• Open Account Settings (see above).
• In the Credentials section, click Change Password.
• Enter and confirm your new password.
• Click Submit.
