How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your Metaroom password, you can reset it by email.

Please note: if you signed in using Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, your password is managed by that provider — reset it directly in your provider’s account settings.

How do I reset my Metaroom password via Metaroom Scan App?

Follow these steps:

1. Open to Metaroom Scan App on your iPhone Pro or iPad Pro.
2. Tap Sign In button.
3. Under email and password fields, click Forgot Password.
4. On the reset password page, enter your business email address and click Submit.
5. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Metaroom.
6. Click the link in the email.
7. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset your password.

How do I reset my Metaroom password via Metaroom Workspace?

Follow these steps:

• Go to Metaroom Workspace login page [ metaroom.amrax.ai ].
• Under email and password fields, click Forgot Password.
• On the reset password page, enter your business email address and click Submit.
